TFFY modules feature age-appropriate activities, a variety of teaching formats and
lessons with increasing levels of difficulty to meet the needs of individual classrooms
and students. Throughout the program, students are be provided with lessons on decision-making
skills, developing a confident self image, and an ability to resolve conflicts and
withstand peer pressure. TFFY also meets the National Science Education Content Standards
which facilitates its widespread acceptance and use by science teachers nationwide.

injury prevention strategies. It focuses on:
Anatomy and function of the brain and spinal cord
Vehicle and pedestrian safety
Bicycle safety
Playground, recreational, sport and water safety
Creative problem solving
Violence prevention, gun safety and conflict resolution
Avoidance of choking, suffocation and strangulation hazards
